What Tadapop does
Tadapop keeps your daily habits on one quiet screen, and lets you check in on a goal together with friends. Two parts, one app.
PART 1 · TODAY
Today’s missions: your own habits
Today shows only what’s due today. Tap it done and get on with your day.
- Check off: done or not, one tap.
- Count: toward a target, like 8 glasses or 8,000 steps.
- Timer: a countdown that chimes at zero.
Set each one for every day, chosen weekdays, a few times a week, or a single date.
Habit programs: start a new habit the easy way
Want a new habit but not sure where to begin? Pick an area (sleep, fitness, food, stress, screen time, money, study, faith and more) and answer a few short questions. Tadapop builds a 4-week plan and puts one tiny habit on Today, tied to something you already do:
“After brushing my teeth → straight to bed, no scrolling.”
- Week 1 is the smallest step that still counts.
- A smaller backup is ready for hard days.
- A one-tap weekly check-in: grow it, keep it, or make it smaller.
- Miss a day and nothing resets.
Habit programs are free while they’re new. Watch the 2-minute film →
PART 2 · CLUB
Check-in Club: challenges with friends
Pick a goal with people you actually know, like a walk every day for 30 days or reading four nights a week, and check in each day.
- Invite-only. No strangers, no public lists, no real money.
- Proof and notes. If the host asks for proof, add up to three photos or videos to your check-in. Friends can reply right under it. The host writes the rules in a note everyone reads before they join.
- A live leaderboard and a group chat for the running commentary.
- Any habit can become a challenge with Challenge Friends. Your own habit stays as it is.

Free, and quiet
- Tracking your own habits is free, works offline, and needs no account.
- Sign in only for the Check-in Club, or a backup across phones.
- Reminders are local. The only push is a message from your challenge, and you can mute one or all of them.
- No ads, and no shaming when you miss a day.
A free account keeps five active missions and hosts one challenge at a time. Pro removes both limits. Free & Pro →
