A daily routine checklist kids tick off themselves
Put your child’s morning, after-school and bedtime routine on their own tablet as missions. They tick each one off; you look at their Stats screen to see how the day, the week and the year went.
Tadapop is a habit tracker for anyone, and solo tracking needs no account, so children of any age can use it. Without an account, nothing is sent to us: missions, logs, notes and photos stay on the device.
01 · SET IT UP
How do you set up a routine checklist for your child?
- Install Tadapop on your child’s own iPad, iPhone or Android tablet. No sign-in is needed: solo tracking needs no account.
- Add a mission for each step of the routine, for example “Brush teeth” or “Pack school bag”, and pick an icon for it.
- Choose how each one is logged: a tick, a count up to a target (“2 glasses of water”), or a countdown timer that chimes at zero (“Read for 20 minutes”).
- Choose when each mission is due: every day, chosen weekdays (school days only, for example), a few times a week, or once.
- Set a reminder if you want one. Reminders are local notifications on the device.
- Each day, Today shows only what is due. Your child taps each mission when it is done.
02 · EXAMPLE LISTS
What goes on a morning and bedtime checklist?
- Morning, school days: get dressed, brush teeth, eat breakfast, pack school bag.
- After school: homework, practice an instrument with a 15-minute timer, tidy toys.
- Bedtime: bath or shower, brush teeth, read for 20 minutes with a timer, lights out.
- The free plan keeps five active missions at a time, so start with the five that matter most. Tadapop Pro removes that limit.
03 · SEEING PROGRESS
How do you see how your child is doing?
- Open the Stats screen on your child’s device: the current streak, how much of this week was completed, per-mission completion rates and a full-year heatmap.
- A day where every mission due is done earns exactly one Tpoint.
- Progress stays on your child’s device. Without an account nothing is sent to us, so there is no remote parent view: you look on their tablet together.
What do parents ask about kids’ routine checklists?
Is there an app for a kids’ daily routine checklist they tick off themselves?
Tadapop works as one. Add each step of the routine as a mission on your child’s own tablet, and they tap it off when it is done. Today shows only what is due that day, and the Stats screen shows the streak, the week and the year.
Does my child need an account?
No. Solo tracking needs no account, and without one nothing is sent to us: missions, logs, notes and photos stay on the device. An account is needed only for the Check-in Club, and accounts are for ages 13 and up.
Can I check my child’s progress from my own phone?
No. Without an account the data stays on your child’s device, so you look at the Stats screen on their tablet.
Can some tasks be for school days only?
Yes. Each mission can be due every day, on chosen weekdays, a few times a week, or once.
Is it free?
Solo tracking is free. The free plan keeps five active missions at a time; Tadapop Pro removes that limit. Archiving a mission frees its slot.
Are there ads?
No. The app has no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Pick five missions and start tomorrow morning.
