Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tadapop, a habit-tracking app published by QY LLC. By using the app, you agree to them.
Using Tadapop
You may use Tadapop for your personal habit tracking. You're responsible for the content you create (mission titles, notes, photos) and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Accounts
Solo tracking works without an account. An account is required only for the Club. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create one.
Tadapop Pro and payments
Tadapop is free to use, and tracking your own habits needs no account and no payment. Tadapop Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the two limits a free account has: the number of active missions you can keep, and the number of challenges you can host at the same time. It grants nothing else. No rank, badge, cosmetic, Tpoint, streak freeze or Club Score can be bought, and a Pro subscriber has no advantage over anyone else in the same challenge. Joining a challenge you were invited to is never limited, on any plan.
Plans and price. Pro is sold as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. In the United States the monthly plan is US$3.99 per month; the yearly plan works out lower per month. Prices are set separately for each territory, so the price that applies to you is the one shown in your own currency on the purchase screen, before you confirm anything.
Who takes the payment. Purchases are processed by the app store you installed from — Apple's App Store, or Google Play — under that store's own terms. QY LLC never receives or stores your payment details.
Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is switched off at least 24 hours before that period ends. The renewal is charged to your store account within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the plan's price at that time. If a price changes, the store tells you and asks you to agree before it takes effect.
Managing and cancelling. You can see your subscription, switch plans, or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in Tadapop, because the store holds the subscription, not us. Turning off auto-renewal stops the next charge; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, which runs to its end.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by whichever store took the payment, under that store's refund policy. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves, though we would rather hear from you through the support form than have you go away unhappy.
Free trials. There is no free trial, so subscribing forfeits nothing.
Android. Pro is sold on Android through Google Play, on the same terms as everything above, and the free tier's limits apply there as they do on iOS. The earlier trial period, during which nothing could be bought on Android and no limit was enforced there, has ended.
If a subscription ends. Nothing you have earned or recorded is deleted, hidden or taken back — not your Tpoints, Club Score, ranks, badges, streaks, history, photos or notes. The free tier's limits are about how much you are running at once, not how much you have ever done: archiving a mission frees a slot, and a challenge that has finished stops counting against you.
The Club
The Club is a private, invite-only competition feature based on an honor system of self-reported progress. It involves no real-money prizes or wagering, and no public discovery. Scoring and Club Score are set out in full on the Club Rules page. Be respectful to the people you compete with; don't upload unlawful or abusive content as proof.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse our infrastructure.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
Availability & changes
We provide Tadapop "as is" and may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we discontinue a feature that a paid subscription specifically provides, we will say so before it happens, and you can cancel through your store as described above.

Tadapop is a personal-motivation tool, not medical, health, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QY LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
